Yeah...I'm Still Here!

Welcome to the launch of the "new-and-improved" Fishtaylz Camp web site.

I had been tossing around the idea of getting rid of the site. It was parked on a sub-web of Weebly for some time now since they got rid of their free hosting level and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. To be candid, no one could find the site since it was pretty much buried and I was too cheap to pay the fees involved. So what changed?

Last week I returned from our summer/fall time in camp. Was fishing up in the northern lights region of the lake and ran into a couple of guys I know who also have cabins there. One of the asked me where my site went. That he and another of his friends enjoyed touching base with it now and then. That's what changed.

So the revised site is, obviously, up and running, and I'll continue to improve it and try to post more frequently than I have in the past few years. Much of the big projects around camp are complete...attention now turns to some smaller things, to maintenance of the camp and, most importantly, to just enjoying what we've done!
